Kinco has a team of construction professionals that are well-versed in the construction management process to maintain unmatched performance.
We excel in our ability to work with the owner and design team to deliver projects of the highest quality, on time, and within budget – our trademark Building Excellence. To that end, Kinco will work closely with the project team (owner and architect).
During construction, our charge is to ensure the work is completed on time and to specifications. We will hold regular progress meetings with the owner and architect. We also conduct weekly job-site meetings with the subcontractors and key suppliers. Our on-site superintendent will constantly review work to ensure quality control. The average tenure of our on-site superintendents is over 20 years with Kinco. You can be assured that this individual will work extremely hard to deliver the highest quality project possible and on time.
A successful project closeout begins at the beginning of construction with maintaining and continually updating the project as-built drawings. These documents will be submitted along with the rest of the closeout information. Kinco will prepare and complete a punch-list before the architect develops the final punch-list. Therefore, the final punch list will not be lengthy and can be completed expeditiously. Our project manager will also supply all warranty information and spend time with the responsible party for necessary training on the various building systems.
At Kinco, we also have milestone dates for revisiting the project. At 6 months, the project manager will visit with the responsible party about the facility and discuss the performance of all systems. The project manager will also do an 11 month warranty inspection-ahead of the 12 month warranty period of many building components and systems.
