Cyclotron for State’s First Proton Center Arrives at UAMS

Tullos Obtains CHC Designation
Adam Tullos, Director of Preconstruction, has been named a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC) after meeting the difficult requirements. Adam is now one of three CHC certificate holders within Kinco.

Little Rock Office Wins Annual Kinco Cup
The weather was not friendly, but the Little Rock office persevered to win the third annual Kinco Cup at Stonebridge Meadows in Fayetteville. The golf tournament pits the Kinco Little Rock office versus the Kinco Northwest Arkansas office for bragging rights each year.
ARORA Holds Topping-out Ceremony
A topping-out ceremony was recently held for the new ARORA medical office building in Little Rock. ARORA exists to restore lives – through the life-saving and life-restoring transplantation of organs and tissues. The new facility includes office space and clean room/clinical space.

UAMS Radiation Oncology Center Breaks Ground - Home to First Proton Center in Arkansas
The Radiation Oncology Center, part of the UAMS Winthrop P. Rockefeller Cancer Institute, already offers cutting-edge technologies to provide the latest radiation treatments. It will continue to provide those services, as well as new ones using the expanded capabilities of three new linear accelerators, as it relocates in 2023 to a new 52,249 square-foot-building facing Capitol Avenue, between Pine and Cedar streets.
Rheay Named NWA Council Member of the Year by ABC
Kinco Director of Preconstruction, Heath Rheay has been named Outstanding Council Member of the Year - Northwest Region by ABC Arkansas. Heath stays plenty busy by touching almost 100% of the projects that come through Kinco's NWA office, but he also gives generously of his time to industry causes such as the ABC and by teaching a construction management course each semester at Northwest Arkansas Community College.
Emery Sapp & Sons Office and Shop Groundbreaking
The groundbreaking for the new Emery Sapp and Sons Springdale 21,779 square foot office and 16,220 shop was held on March 8, 2021. We are excited to partner with Emery Sapp to serve as the construction manager for the project.
Rheay and Peabody Named Kinco Constructors of the Year
Heath Rheay has been named the Kinco Northwest Arkansas Constructor of the Year and Josh Peabody has been named the Little Rock Constructor of the year. Heath serves as the Director of Preconstruction and Josh serves as a Superintendent.

Foreman Holds Groundbreaking for New High School
Foreman held a groundbreaking ceremony on October 1, 2020 for their new high school. The Kinco team consists of Heath Rheay - preconstruction, Lance Wright - project manager, Bob Archer - superintendent, and Foreman alum Chris Mason - project coordinator. The new school will be ready for the 2021 school year.
