Emery Sapp & Sons Office and Shop Groundbreaking

The groundbreaking for the new Emery Sapp and Sons Springdale 21,779 square foot office and 16,220 shop was held on March 8, 2021. We are excited to partner with Emery Sapp to serve as the construction manager for the project.

Founded in 1972, ESS has grown into a team of more than 1,200 employee-owners that are experts in excavation, grading, underground utilities, bridge construction, and asphalt and concrete paving.
