Heath Rheay has been named the Kinco Northwest Arkansas Constructor of the Year and Josh Peabody has been named the Little Rock Constructor of the year. Heath serves as the Director of Preconstruction and Josh serves as a Superintendent.

Rarely does a single project go through the company’s NWA office that does not have Heath’s fingerprints on it. Yet, once a project is completed he has already moved on to other projects, so he often misses out on the accolades that come with a completed building. Yet, he plays a major role with the budgeting, bidding, and the establishment of the GMP that are a vital part of a successful project.

Josh started his career with Kinco as a superintendent in the company’s Special Projects Division. He stepped out of that role upon serving as the superintendent for the 8,500 square foot Edafio Technology Partners headquarters building. More recently he served as the superintendent for the 21,500 square foot Bruce Oakley, Inc. headquarters building. He just completed finishing out the third floor of the Ortho Arkansas medical office building in Little Rock. The building was in operation throughout the project with an extremely tight deadline which he met.

Heath and Josh certainly meet the standards of Building Excellence on a daily basis and are more than deserving of receiving this honor. Congratulations to Heath and Josh.
