The unique nature of the building and the strict timeline resulted in there being no room for error and I am proud to say that we were able to accomplish our goals to move into the building on time and within budget due in no small part to the expertise of Kinco. A major component that allowed us to meet our goals was due to the efforts of Kinco during the preconstruction phase of the project.
