Central Arkansas Library System

Kinco was awarded a construction management contract for multiple renovation projects with the Central Arkansas Library System. The scope of work included a complete interior renovation of the Williams Library branch. The facility received all new finishes including re-working of acoustical ceilings, new lighting, new paint, and floor covering. Kinco also completed repair and renovation work at the Terry Library and Dee Brown Library under this contract. Additionally, Kinco has completed over 60 renovation or repair projects for the Central Arkansas Library System.
