Warren YMCA

This 28,800 square foot project includes a weight room, multipurpose play area, a senior fitness room, after school center, kitchen/concession, gym/pool/patio storage, outdoor pool cabana, and restrooms, plus a press box and ball field concessions in the new facility. The renovation of the existing building, originally built in 1948, includes the gymnasium, chat room, restrooms for the after-school area, reception/lobby /director’s office/restrooms, the men’s and women’s locker rooms, conference rooms, and offices. The project also includes a new mechanical system along with upgrades to the electrical system.
