PROJECT FACTs
3,147 square foot office building located off the historic square in downtown Fayetteville. The new building houses the offices of Tom Overby along w/ dedicated space for 5 additional tenants. The building features a structural steel framing system, brick veneer, storefront glass, and TPO single membrane roofing system. The interior includes polished concrete floors throughout and extensive wood trim.
