Warren YMCA

This 28,800 square foot project includes a weight room, multipurpose play area, a senior fitness room, after school center, kitchen/concession, gym/pool/patio storage, outdoor pool cabana and restrooms plus a press box and ball field concessions in the new facility. The renovation of the existing building, originally built in 1948, includes the gymnasium, chat room, restrooms for after school area, reception/lobby /director’s office/restrooms, the men’s and women’s locker rooms, conference rooms, and offices. The project also includes a new mechanical system along with upgrades to the electrical system.
