PARKING FACILITY

This 150,000 square foot, multi-level, cast-in-place concrete parking deck holds 255 cars and serves downtown Hot Springs and Bathhouse Row. Build into the side of the mountain with limited working space offered unique challenges for the construction team.

A long cascading fountain that descents from the building entrance to Central Avenue’s sidewalk aiding the desires of the committee that the three-story facility match the surrounding historical setting of the city.
