This 4,500 SF tenant finish out space located in the Chenal Park West Shopping Center was constructed under the Design-Build approach. This space includes a front lobby and receptionist area, several executive offices, a full kitchen area, waiting room, restrooms and a spacious conference room with a coffered ceiling.  A covered patio area was also added for employees in the back of the space.
