PROJECT FACTS

This CM/GC project included the construction of a new 62,000 square foot high school. It includes modern classrooms, a cafeteria with a performance stage, a library, and a physical education gymnasium. Phase II of the project consisted of demolition of the old high school, junior high, cafeteria, and fine arts building. This work took less than three weeks. Sitework consisted of grading and drainage for new drives and parking areas. Upon completion there was a new student drop-off loop that accesses the south entry of the new school and additional parking was provided for visitors and parents. Existing parking areas were also seal coated and restriped.
