When Decatur Schools needed a proven construction partner to take on their challenging new middle school gymnasium project, they turned to Kinco Constructors. The project consisted of the demolition of several existing condemned classrooms adjacent to utilized classrooms, making way for a new 15,000-square-foot gymnasium, renovated corridors, and an integrated safe room.  Most challenging was that all demolition and the start of new construction began as school was still in session in order that the completion date of August 2018 could be met. Kinco is proud to say we completed this project on time, in budget, and, most importantly, with zero Incidents.
