PROJECT FACTs
Hardened construction methods included 18” reinforced concrete walls and 12” concrete slab and roof. The facility is constructed to withstand F4-strength wind. The exterior includes metal wall panels and a parapet cap along the entire roof. A built-up roofing system covers the facility. Interior finishes include non-conductive vinyl composition tile, painted gyp walls, and acoustical ceilings. The building features a backup generator with automatic transfer.
