Henderson State Caddo Center

We demolished and replaced the existing clay tile roof. We were able to salvage approximately 25% of the existing clay tiles and incorporate them into the new roof with a 5-color blend.

• Complete restoration of existing steel windows and replication of two missing windows.

• Repaired/replaced all exterior wood and repainted.

• Four exterior wood columns at the front entrance were replaced with new fiberglass composite columns.

• Mortar repair and tuck pointing of all exterior masonry

• Removed windows in two locations and prepped both locations for future entrances.
