Doug Wasson

Doug joined Kinco Constructors in 1982 as a field engineer after graduating from Southern Arkansas University Tech with a degree in building construction. Doug worked on numerous projects early in his career and quickly earned a promotion to superintendent for Major Projects. In 2001, he became president/CEO. His leadership and vision helped grow the company into what we are today, especially with the creation of our Special Projects Division, as well as growth in client relationships.

Doug’s leadership extends to all facets of the company. He has a visionary approach – combined with a patient and thorough delivery – both within the company and across the industry. His guidance encourages our people to collaborate closely with each other, architects, engineers and owners, ensuring the finished product meets Kinco’s rigorous standards.
