New Landers dealership will include 42,680 square feet. The project will include a new showroom area, offices, quick lube, and service areas. The interior will include sealed concrete, custom porcelain tile, painted gyp walls with custom graphics, and acoustical ceilings. The exterior features an aluminum composite metal panels (ACM) at the entry, storefront, concrete block walls, EIFS, a flat membrane roof typical, and a standing seam roofing system over the shop areas.
