The facility with a brick, EIFS and glass block exterior as well as a storefront entry includes a competitive gymnasium, training room, laundry room, locker rooms, concessions, classrooms, and offices. The facility also serves as a safe room for the university. This was the second major project on campus that Kinco had constructed for the university.
