This 34,000 SF project is a three story addition to Walker Pavilion, Arkansas’ indoor football practice facility. Level one adds a warm up area, sprint lanes and a sand track adjacent to the indoor football field. Level two houses the two mechanical rooms, an equipment storage room and a trainer storage room. The third level is an 18,000 SF weight training area that is enclosed by a 380 foot long by 18 foot tall window wall system that overlooks the two outdoor practice fields.
The project was completed while the university maintained usage of the in-door practice facility. The project was completed on time.
