Kinco has completed several projects at Hogan Field. In 2000, work included demolition of the existing field house. The new 3,814 square foot facility now houses the locker room for players (complete with 34 lockers, showers, and laundry room), separate locker facilities for both coaches and officials, and coaches offices. For the fans- a concession stand, ticket booth, and public rest rooms. Overhead power was replaced with underground power.
Work in 2003 featured a new 75’ x 150’ heated and cooled indoor practice facility with hitting and pitching stations. A new suspended backstop system was installed. The infield was excavated and new asphalt, drainage system, and Astroturf installed. The facility also received new irrigation for the playing field and new landscape areas, new state-of-the-art field lighting, renovation of the vending area, and grass berm seating along the 1st and 3rd base lines.
