Design/Build project included pre-engineered metal building expansion of 16,250 square feet. Includes crane beams to support 2 new hoist cranes (25 ton and 15 ton). Weather tight construction methods were required. The east end of the facility required a 24 inches thick, heavily reinforced, concrete slab on void forms and 415 steel reinforced concrete displacement piles. The project also included removal and replacement of 150 feet of rail road spur and the addition of 1,000 square yards of new asphalt paving.

The project was completed 1 month ahead of the 6 month schedule.
