Remodel of existing 25,000 square foot facility. Areas include: Service Write-Up, Service Department, Shop, Sales Area, & Showroom. Exterior work includes installation of new aluminum composite panels (ACM) at front entry façade and fascia. A new glass storefront will also to be installed, creating additional space at Sales area. Interior finishes include new porcelain tile at Sales area and painting throughout the facility. Project also includes construction of a new Quick Lube Oil facility.
