Central United Methodist Church Parking Deck

This 4 story parking deck was built for the expanding Central United Methodist Church in downtown Fayetteville.  This parking deck features concrete columns, post-tension concrete beams and a post-tensioned concrete deck.  The 215 car parking deck is completely bricked on the exterior elevation to match the other buildings on campus.  The exterior elevation also includes precast concrete accent bands and caps at each deck level and fixed glass windows in the two stair towers.  The structure has been designed to add 2 additional deck levels in the future as the church’s parking needs grow.  This project received the Engineering Excellence Award from the American Council of Engineering Companies of Arkansas.
