- Demo and replaced existing clay tile roof. We were able to salvage approx.. 25% of existing clay tiles and incorporate them into the new roof with a 5 color blend.
- Complete restoration of existing steel windows and replication of two missing windows.
- Repaired/replaced all exterior wood and repainted.
- Replaced four exterior wood columns at front entrance with new fiberglass composite columns.
- Mortar repair and tuck pointing of all exterior masonry
- Removed windows in two locations and prepped both locations for future entrances.
