Eriks Zvers (L) was named Kinco Constructor of the Year at the company’s annual Bull Roast. Eriks is a superintendent based out of Kinco’s Springdale office. He is currently the superintendent for the Climb Bentonville project and upon completion of that job he will move on to oversee renovation of the Alpha Delta Pi house on the campus of the University of Arkansas. Erik’s is a cutting edge superintendent who takes full advantages of technologies such as Procore and techniques such as lean construction. Additionally, Eriks is always willing to share his knowledge with others throughout the company. Congratulations Eriks.
