Arkansas Fire Training Academy Housing Time Lapse

Below is a view of the Arkansas Fire Training Academy housing project at Southern Arkansas University Tech from start to finish. Kinco was humbled to be a part of such a vital project for the safety of all in Arkansas.  

Groundbreaking Ceremony for England Elementary School

A groundbreaking ceremony was held for the new England Elementary School on August 12, 2020. The project consists of: 58,000 Square Feet 24 Classrooms – K-6 Gymnasium Cafeteria Computer Lab Music Room Playground Parking Lot The project will be completed by October of 20121.

Mountain Pine School District Groundbreaking

The Mountain Pine School District held a groundbreaking ceremony on Thursday, September 13, 2018 for their new safe room and agriculture buildings. Kinco is proud to serve as the district’s construction manager for this project.

Delta Gamma Holds Groundbreaking

The Alpha Omega chapter of Delta Gamma at the University of Arkansas held a groundbreaking for their new house in conjunction with the Founder’s Day celebration on April 21. The 30,500 square foot house will be completed by the start of the 2019 school year.

Groundbreaking Held for New Arvest Bank

A groundbreaking was held on Wednesday, April 12, 2018 for a new Arvest Bank that will serve the the Hot Springs Village area. We are honored to be a part of the project.

Ladies of Alpha Chi Omega Celebrate Groundbreaking

The ladies of Alpha Chi Omega at the University of Arkansas celebrated the groundbreaking for their new home on Thursday, August 10, 2017. This time next year they will be moving into their new home to start the 2018/2019 school year.
