Univ. of Arkansas Phi Delta Theta Fraternity House

20,000 SF renovation and addition to the Phi Delta Theta fraternity house on the University of Arkansas campus. Project designed to achieve USGBC’s LEED Silver level equivalent. Work consisted of a new kitchen and dining hall, exit stairway, and grand entry portico. New finishes included throughout the house along with new doors, windows and operable shutters. The exterior brickwork of the historic building was cleaned and repaired. New roofing and gutters also installed. The facility also received all new plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
