30,000 SF facility manufactures plastic containers for Kimberly Clark baby wipes. The pre-engineered metal building includes metal wall panels, split-faced block, and aluminum storefront on the exterior. The administration and operations area finishes include acoustical ceilings, painted stud walls, vinyl composition and carpeted flooring. The production area consists of a clear span structure to accommodate the assembly line area. Additionally, overhead cranes and liner panels were installed at the production area.
The project was completed utilizing the Design/Build method to facilitate the fast-track construction schedule.
Kinco also completed a subsequent expansion to the facility.
