Hardened construction methods included 18” reinforced concrete walls and 12” reinforced concrete slab and roof. The facility is constructed to withstand F4 strength wind. The exterior includes metal wall panels and parapet cap along entire roof. The facility is covered by a built-up roofing system. Interior finishes include non-conductive vinyl composition tile, painted gyp walls, and acoustical ceilings. The building features a back-up generator with automatic transfer.
